What a GREAT picture! I wish our Santa looked that good. last year SHE was a skinny little lady and the suit fit terribly! I guess I got lucky that Gaston wouldn’t sit on HER lap.

And I’m glad he’s sleeping in his cradle now, but I’m with you on the every two hour thing–our 6 hour night was apparently a fluke, the boy was awake & crying for most of last night. I guess I had to pay the price for that six hour sleep, huh?
