    Sunday 20th – Parmesan Crust Tilapia/ Rice/ California Medley/Cantaloupe

    Monady 21st – (Book Group) Margarita Chicken, Salad, Pasta Salad  (Chicken not a favorite – dont make again)

    Tuesday 22nd (Mom Works late – 5:00 HV) – Roast Beef,  bagged Stew Veggies, Green Beans

    Wednesday 23rd – Individual Greek Pizzas, Spinach Salad – - E-Mealz, Inc.428 (good too much work)

    Thursday 24th (Book Group) – Sausage Rice Casserole , Vegetable

    Friday 25th – Pizza Sandwiches/Carrots & Celery and Dip

    Ingredients
    •8 slices Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
    •8 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
    •8 slices tomato
    •4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
    •1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    •24 slices pepperoni
    •1/4 cup butter, softened
    •Pizza sauce, warmed

    Directions
    •On four slices of bread, layer one slice of mozzarella, two slices of tomato, 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, a dash of garlic salt and six slices pepperoni. Top with remaining mozzarella and bread. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.
     • On a hot griddle, toast sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce. Yield: 4 servings.

    Saturday 26th (Nuss Ceremony) – (For Steve and Grandpa – Rotisserie Chicken/ Box Mac and Cheese/ Corn )

    Sunday 27th (Anniversary) – Out to Roma’s  (LEFTOVERS)

    Monday 28th (OFF) -  Chicken Fried Chicken with Cream Gravy  ,  Mashed Potatoes and Corn  

    Tuesday 29th (Soccer game @6) -  Beef Vegetable Soup – (Fix it and Forget it Book – pg 133) crock 8-10 hours

    Wednesday 30th – Turkey and Stuffing Roll Ups, Green Beans and Rolls

    Thursday 31st (Catering mtg @6) – Tacos for a Crowd x 2

    Friday June 1st (St Croix Cup) – Taco Salad

    Saturday June 2nd (St Croix Cup) – Pot Pies

    Sunday June 3rd (St Croix Cup) – LEFTOVERS
