Lay onion slices (I chopped mine but you could do rings also) over pork chops. Mix the rest of ingredients in a bowl and pour over pork chops. Cook on low in crock pot for 5-6 hours (or in oven on 350 for 1 hour). Note: After baking I remove the chops and strain the gravy. This way I have a smooth gravy and I reserve the onions (and mushrooms if you use them) for those who like them to put them on their chops.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;12 - Sorting 4:30 - Seafood Alfredo/ Garlic Bread&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;13 - Run - Hamburgers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;14 -&amp;nbsp; LUNCH:&amp;nbsp; Sandwiches&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hamburger - 2lb - 1 pkg&amp;nbsp; BobbyGoulash&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bobby&amp;#8217;s Favorite Goulash&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=4&gt;1 tablespoon Paula Deen&amp;#8217;s House Seasoning&lt;BR&gt;3 tablespoon soy sauce&lt;BR&gt;3 bay leaves&lt;BR&gt;2 tablespoon Italian seasoning&lt;BR&gt;2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes&lt;BR&gt;2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce&lt;BR&gt;3 cups water&lt;BR&gt;3 cloves garlic, chopped&lt;BR&gt;2 large onion, chopped&lt;BR&gt;2 lb lean ground beef&lt;BR&gt;1 tablespoon Paula Deen&amp;#8217;s Seasoned Salt&lt;BR&gt;2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked&lt;BR&gt;1 - cup frozen mixed veggies or corn &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;In a Dutch oven, saut&amp;#233; the ground beef over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while saut&amp;#233;ing. Spoon off any grease. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and saut&amp;#233; until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Add 3 cups water, along with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, House Seasoning, and seasoned salt. Stir well. If adding mixed veggies or corn add them now. Place a lid on the pot and allow this to cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the elbow macaroni, stir well, return the lid to the pot, and simmer for about 15 - 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the bay leaves, and allow the mixture to sit about 30 minutes more before serving. I am going do my menu this weekend and will be planning for the entire month!
