GARAGE SALE MAN!!!
Well, hubby Paul is filling our house with things for Tommy. He has been garage saling three days a week for the last two months. ARGH!!!
Tommy has a ton of clothes and luckily my hubby knows only to buy nice brands of clothes. He sticks to Gymboree, Tommy Hifiger, Baby Gap and Osh Kosh. We have clothes ranging from size 0 to size 4t!! I am sure in the long run my hubby is saving us a ton of money, but I can't keep up with this!
As for toys, Tommy has everything any child could ever want. He has nearly every Little Tykes toy ever made. He has two sizes of the multicolored cube slide thing. He has a slide, a kitchen, a tool bench, a vacuum, a mailbox, a golf and crouquet set, the mini van, to only name a few!! Tommy I think will be Daddy's spoiled little boy!
Tommy will not be in daycare for the first year as he will be staying home with Daddy. My hubby will be going to night school to finish his degree so he can stay home with Tommy. He is really a great Dad.
It is funny all the women running the garage sales just gush over him. See he goes to the sales all by him self and I prefer to sleep in. He buys all the baby and maternity clothes! The women all say, "My hubby would never has done this for me".
I smile to myself and remind myself how lucky I am to have such a kind, sweet and considerate partner in life. I have to be sure to thank him more often. He is always there for me. He goes to all the midwife appointments with me, he goes for a nightly walk with me, since I have been getting cramps in my legs.

REMODELING............
Well, little Tommy, has caused alot of chaos in our home. But we are slowly starting to get some of the rooms arranged. Our home has three bedrooms on the main floor. One was our room, and one for each of our children. So where do you put a baby??? So we have been remodeling!!!
We remodeled a room in our basement for our two oldest boys. They are now sharing a room and it is actually going fine. I was surprised. It is a large room and we had it carpeted for them. They have their own bathroom down there, but that is still under contruction and not functionable yet.
The room they boys have in the basement had been our computer room. We moved our computer room upstairs to the largest of the boys old bedrooms. I refuse to allow a computer in the boys room since it wouldn't be as easy to monitor their computer use.
The computer room is still not unpacked, we have two of our three computers up and running, but our DSL line isn't working as well in that room.
Today my hubby is removing the wallpaper in the little bedroom. This room will be our nursery for Tommy. My neighbor is going to be painting the room for us. She is doing hand painted murals of Winnie the Pooh, I can't wait to see it!!!!!
So we are very very busy!!!! Not to mention my hubby's obbsession with garage sales!!! ROFL!

UPDATE OF PAST DR. VISITS......
June 5th - Our Fifth Month appointment with the midwife. All was going fine and she gave us a referral to have a ultrasound to check the babies size, etc. I have gained 8 pounds at 5 months. Everything is going well and the dizziness is getting less. She decided to check my urine every visit for UTI, since i have such difficulty with my bladder. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC), an incurable disease of the bladder. It is very difficult for me to tell the difference between a UTI and my IC.
June 20th - ULTRASOUND DAY!!! I can't wait! Ok, my hubby, Paul, our two sons Josh (13) and Erik (8) and I headed to Riverside for our ultrasound. The boys were excited and convinced the baby would be a girl. The technician asked if we wanted to know the gender and we said YES!! We are blessed once again and expecting another son. He weighed in at about 12 ounces. (Don't tell but I was so sure it was going to be a boy!! I am so happy!!)
**NAME OF BABY SON**
We longer have to refer to the baby as "Pooh". He has a name, Thomas George. We call him Tommy.
JUNE 25th - Appointment with my allergist. I have asthma and have needed to be followed much more closely by my allergist due to the pregnancy. We are right in the middle of grass pollen season and I am doing pretty good. He gave me a prescription for Predisone if I need it, but my breathing seems to be going well. I have some congestion, and do have to use two different inhalers, but I am still able to sleep at night. Usually during a difficult season I am sleeping in the recliner in an upright position.

Our Baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 7 1/2 inches long, crown to rump. The eyebrows and eyelids are fully developed, and the fingernails cover the fingertips.
Little pitchers have big ears, all right. Your baby can now hear your conversations. If you talk, read, or sing to your baby, expect her to hear you. Some studies have found that newborns will suck more vigorously when read to from a book they heard frequently in utero. If you want to try, pick a book now and read it out loud. Make sure you won't mind reading it over and over once the baby is here. It may be your baby's favorite bedtime story for a long time after birth.
