Crockpot Layered Enchilada Casserole are in the Crockpot and ready to be turned on when I leave the house for work. Today I will be at our Unit retreat all day. The college called this morning and asked paul to come in work, (no pay of course). So I am on my own to get us ready and out the door, so I better get busy!
