• Finally got to speak to a real live person at the mortgage company.  YEAH!!  I am not able to refinance for as much as I thought I could, but it will be helpful none the less.  I will be able to compbine my original loan and second mortgage and pay almost 400.00 dollars a month less with the lower interest rate.  YEAH!! 

  
  

  I will then use the extra money to pay off my credit cards, then I will look at getting a new vehicle.  That can wait a bit longer.  So tomorrow I will call the mortgage company and complete the application.  It will take 75 days to finish the process he said....but I will lock in at 5.75% for the life of my loan....

  
  

  Later......time to get home and finish all the laundry and do my weekly cleaning!
