TURKEY LOAF
½ cup quick-cooking oats
¼ cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
½ teaspoon celery salt
2 pounds ground turkey breast
1 jar (12 ounces) fat-free turkey gravy, warmedIn a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into a 9in x 5 in x 3 in load pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until juice run clear. Serve with gravy. Yield: 8 servings

You know, I started my recipe site online, but part of me keeps wanting to do a recipe scrapbook. I can envision it. Basically it would be made like people scrapbook. I would do each page with color themes or food themes etc. I have found lots of food stuff for scrapbooking I can use too. I think it would be a cute idea. It would have my recipes all handwritten in it... and I dunno. I just think it would be neat to do.

I just love Quick Cooking! I know I have that issue but do not remember trying it yet. I am going to have to try it on your recommendation. Sounds yummy!
