Hello - It is morning. Argh...but at least it is Friday! I hate to crawl out of my nice warm bed into my cold house. That is the worse thing about winter. I have chicken thawing while I get ready for work for supper tonight. I think we will be having Parmesan Chicken Breasts. I ahve to locate my recipe of course. ARGH...I thought I had this on my website, but no such luck. Oh Well.
I found a great OAMC cooking website. I hope to get some major cooking done in the near future. We will see! Check it out......

Chicken sounds yummy. We haven't had it in awhile. Tonight brings leftover manicotti though. Maybe this weekend I'll have to cook some up!
One of these days I'm going to get my freezer empty enough to do OAMC again. It's such a time saver.
