Hubby is home from work. I got a two hour nap. Tommy is still napping. AAAH..that is the life! I am going to clean a bit in the office than go cut up the stuff for tonight.

Hello -
How is everyone this afternoon?? I am tired, I stayed up too late last night watching home and garden TV with my SIL. Tommy actually slept until 7:00am, so 3:00 am wake up last night. YEAH!! A few more nights of that I will be feeling almost human again.
Tonight we are going to our neighbors house for a fondue party. I have already grabbed the stuff we need from the grocery store. I will cut up vegs and bread in a while. I am not sure what Josh is doing tonight, he is still deciding.

I have to tell you about an embarassing moment with my 2 year old this morning. We went to the liquor store to pick up some refreshments for tonight. I put him in the cart and I am looking at the wall of beer looking for the kind my hubby drinks (i don't drink beer!) and Tommy yells, " LOOK MOM, Daddy's milk!!" He found the kind we were suppose to buy. So we are waiting in line and he has to tell everyone, "This is my Daddy's Milk." ARGH!! Never a dull moment with my very verbal child.
My parents are coming to visit tomorrow and I am not done with my decluttering yet. I will have a few days off to work on it. I didn't do much yesterday with the various errands I had to do. Erik comes for visitation on Friday and Josh will be at his Dad's this weekend. We are going to the community center for my nephews birthday party on Saturday too. It is a very busy weekend again. I hope the weekend goes better for Erik, so he isn't grounded the entire time he is here. Last visit wasn't very good at all.
Well I am off to complete an item on my list.......my nap!!

Back from taking Josh to the Dr. Had his wrist x-rayed and it is not broken. He has a bone bruise or the membrane between the bones is bruised. He is splinted for a while and needs to ice it and take tylenol. No sticker shock with this appointment.....the cat costs more than the kid!
hmmm...now to decide if I should take a little nap or clean in the office more...HMMMM......decisions, decisions.....

YIKES!! You know I never really checked how much it would cost to get our kitten spayed. She was driving my sons nuts when she was in heat so I just had it done!! It cost me 278.00, talk about sticker shock!! Oh well, she is all taken care of and will leave the children alone.
I am going to declutter some more in my office than take Josh to the Dr. Later!

Well I have spent all morning making phone calls about Erik's Dental bill, so not how I planned on spending my time. But I have it all straightened out.
Now I am off to run a quick errand and then pick up the kitty at the vet!!
The question plaguing the day??? What to make for supper....hmmmmm

Well not having a nap didn't help much with Tommy last night. He was still up at 3:10am. I put him back in his bed and he went to sleep, I just don't want to be getting up!!
I got up at 7:30 this morning to check on Josh. His wrist is still swollen so I made a Dr appointment for him today. Our peds had no appointments for today, so we are seeing Dr. Snellman, who's first appointment isn't until 2:40. He was the only peds with appointments today. So I will let Josh sleep as long as possible and them get him up.
I asked hubby to take Tom to daycare today, as I will be doinga bit of running and sitting at the Dr's. I also have to pick up our kitten from the vets. I will being running abit today, but hope to work on cleaning up the office as well.
Well Hubby is off to work and Tommy to daycare. I best start my day and shower and get busy!

Fairly quiet evening here. Tommy came home from daycare very cranky as he wouldn't take a nap. So I left him up and he was actually in bed asleep by 10:00. I hope this will help him sleep through the night, we will see. My SIL and neice came over to do laundry and joined us for supper.
They played with Tommy and his new Dora computer game. He is starting to click the mouse if you help him get it to where he points on the screen. He could do the activity where you find the books by color, since he knows all his colors, but that was about it.
I washed up dishes and then we played CLUE. My neice got this game for Christmas so we played that. My oldest son, Josh was over at a friends house. He came home at 10:30 and showed me his wrist. Two of his friends had been wrestling around and accidently kicked him in the wrist. It is really swollen up about twice it's normal size. YIKES!! He is resting on the couch and has ice on it. I will probably be taking him to the Dr in the morning to have it x-rayed to make sure it isn't broken.
He had a buckle fracture once before that went untreated for a day or so since I didn't take him in since he could move it fine. When it continued to hurt I took him in and found out it was fractured. So he has had some advil and is resting now. I hope I can get an appointment with our peds tomorrow.
Well since Tommy is in bed at a decent time, I think I will go to bed and read for a bit. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Ok...I am done organizing/cleaning for a bit. I am trying to take a lot of breaks so I don't get burned out. My parents jsut called and they will be coming to visit on Thursday so I want to have all my stuff done by then or at least most of it.
I am trying to get back on the Flylady wagon again too.....today's mission was:
This week, we are in Zone 5, the Living Room until Wednesday. Today, I want you to spend 15 minutes getting rid of anything that does not belong in your living room. Things that have gotten thrown in a corner, on a chair, or even the floor. The things that you almost
don't even see because they have just become part of the room, get it out! If it does not belong there then out it goes!
This does not mean that you have to spend three hours in your living room, do what you can do for 15 minutes.
It was nice to open a Flylady mission and be able to delete it since I already had this all done!
Hubby is going to go pick up Tommy and I will figure out something for supper. I will not be cleaning or anything the rest of the evening as I will be spending time with Tom.
Tomorrow my plan is to work on the computer/office and start making my control journal. I decided I will finally make one! We will see how that goes. I have my routines written in my calendar, but if I had a control journal maybe my hubby would know what needs to be done, etc.
I best go and figure out what we will be having for supper. I have no idea. I have not been very good about planning in that department either!
