Just called the hospital in SD and my neice is still there so I am sending her a bouquet of roses this morning.  I will call her during my lunch break if my cell phone battery lasts!  Her stepdad, my brother is suppose to be coming to the cities for a meeting today, but I am not sure if he is still coming.  I will have to call and find that out too!  If he is coming I will have to get a few outfits for the baby and send them back with him!  

YAWN....seems like I just got home from work and now I am leaving to go right back.   I hope to only work 8 hours today!   I don't want to wipe myself out all week, with such a busy weekend planned.   I head to Red Wing on Friday and won't be home until Sunday.  It will be busy, busy.    I have a few hours free on Friday afternoon so I hope to cross stitch and read until it is time to head to the church for reherasal.   I am getting a manicure and pedicure on Friday for the first time in my life.  Hmm.....we will see how I like that.  Saturday morning I am getting my hair styled at a up and coming salon in Red wing as well.   I might have to have someone actually take a pic of me on Friday all decked out.   Friday is semi-formal for the dinner..  I bought a new outfit for the occassion, which I really like!

Just got home from working a 13 hour day......but had to share a picture of my neice, her hubby and my great nephew, Samuel Dan.    I can't wait to go home and see them all!

Just woke up from a long nap......time to get some things done around the house for the week.   Gotta love Sunday naps!

Wow did last week fly by....I was so busy with wedding and family things.  I just got home and have been gone the entire weekend.   I went to Red Wing yesterday to the historic St James Hotel for the Bridesmaid's luncheon.  Then went out to my friends home in WI.  She has a beautiful home on the bluffs of the Missippi river.  It was an amazing view to wake up to this morning and the peaceful sounds of the wind blowing through the birch trees.   AAAAHHH....We had the bachelorette party last night at my friends home.  It was a great time.  I even sort of learned how to do the electric slide dance.  I have to practice a bit on the before the dance.  LOL!!   So I am working this week and taking Friday off to head back to Red Wing for the weekend.  

I became a great aunt again this morning.  My neice Susan had her first baby, a little boy named Samuel Dan.   I can't wait to go see him and go shopping for the little guy!    I  haven't heard all the details but I think she had a hard time.  She ended up having a c-section at midnight after only getting dialated to a 3.   I am so happy all are well!!  This of course means I need to go home to South Dakota next month to meet the baby! 

Well I need to take a shower and get some things done around here!

Well got the call....$500.00 to fix Josh's car.  Timing belt broke....I think we will start looking around for a different car for him.   My truck didn't start again this morning.  I had to jump it to get it started...if that happens again tomorrow I will have to take that in too!  ARGH!!

This month is FLYLADY'S BIG FLING!   I had a huge pile of items to donate this morning all setting at the end of the drive way to be picked up!    More to come......fling, fling....I never seem to run out of things to fling!
