Ok...my friend has convinced me (i think) to going Weight Watchers at work with her. Actually alot of my co-workers have joined. I think I will try it for one session and see how it goes.
Good luck. I wanted to go but knew ppl would look at me funny, so just got support online. Check out dwlz.com. It has an awesome message board and recipes and stuff.
My oldest daughter joined Weight Watchers, as did several other stylists in the salon she works in. They all seem to like it, and I can see that my daughter is losing weight. (I'm too polite to ask how much)
Hm I just bought their mag. yesterday at the groc store. I was thinking it seems to work for a lot of people, maybe I should give it a try. I still haven't decided.
