Maintained my weight...no gain....no loss....a successful Thanksgiving!
Now to hope that Christmas can be as successful...the average American gains 10 pounds over the holidays....not me...not this year!

Hey, good job! That's what I'm trying to do...not gain any! But after a comment made to me a few days ago, I might just have to lose some more...now is I could just request where the fat I lose comes from! LOL!
