RYC:  Yes, a big nose!!  It was the weirdest thing!  My nose just got huge and sort of spread out across my face, it was so unattractive.  I sent my brother a picture of me and he replied "Holy cow, you look like a troll doll!"  And the really sad part was, he was right.
