HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!!!!

We are having a swinging good time on the Fourth.  Daddy put up a swing in the backyard for Tommy.  Josh and Tommy enjoy some time hanging out.

DOING THE HAPPY DANCE................................

YEAH!!  Tommy slept through the night!  I can handle when he is cranky and cries all day as long as he sleeps through the night.  WHEW!!    It is 8:25 and he is still asleep so I think I will quickly get my cleaning done for the party tonight since he is sleeping.   I have to get the dining room table cleaned off (my major hot spot).  Other than that I am going to jsut sweep the floors, since they will get terribly dirty with everyong coming in and out from the bonfire.  

YAWN!!!   I am still fighting to wake up here.   I sure wish I was one of the those people who leaps out of bed and is ready to conquer the world. 

Tomorrow I think  I will stop by baby group and then go to work in the afternoon.   We miss all the babies lately.  I have not been to baby group in almost a month.  ARGH!!   Well have a great 4th!!!

Tommy continues to be cranky.......I just layed him down in his crib, so hopefully he will sleep at least for a few hours.  I feel like a truck has run over me.  ARGH!!  I am very tired and tried to nap today when Tommy did, but I couldn't ever fall asleep.   Well since Tommy is quiet I better run and try to get some sleep.

Tomorrow we are having a party and have famiy over for the 4th.   I don't know what i was thinking............LOL!!  Oh well all the more people to hold the baby!!!   Paul and I will be thankful for that, we are a bit worn out by this bout of sceaming lately.  

one thing that makes Tommy happy is for me to sing, I think I have sang Itsy Bitsy Spider a hundred times it the last few days.   LOL!!

Took the baby to the Dr this morning.   He still has a bit of fever, but this time it seems it is either just viral or teething.  ARGH!!!   So he is still really crabby and cries a lot.  He has his 6th tooth coming in, which is about to break through the gum soon.   I also talked about our constant trouble with constiaption.  The Dr gave us a few more ideas to try.  We will not be giving him tap water anymore.  The Dr said that some tap water has iron in it and with the combo of iron formula, it might be causing the problem.  We will see...........also we are to add prune juice to every bottle. 

I think baby is sick.........he is running a fever and pulling at his ears.  I think he will be sleeping in bed with Mama tonight.  He is starting to cry.  I got ot scoot and take him to bed with me.  He just wants to be held, poor little guy.  We have a Dr appointment scheduled for morning.  Night..........

Morning.........slow moving this morning.  I had a hard time waking up.  ARGH....still a bit tired.  But this can of diet Mt. Dew with breakfast should do the trick.  I am terrible, but I hate the taste of coffee...so have to get the caffeine from somewhere. 

Something is weird with my yahoo mail.   I haven't been getting hardly any mail.  I couldn't believe this since my book discussion on book moms was suppose to start.  This morning I had a ton of email dating back to like last Thursday, what is going on???   There is such a delay in the mail, might as well be snail mail!!!

Tonight Hubby has school, so I hope Tommy cooperates and lets me get a few things done.  I still need to clear off the dining room table.  My major hot spot.   I have it full of folded clean clothes to put away.   Nothing too exciting going on I don't think.  We will probably just stay in the house since it is way too hot for the baby. 

I do need to do my menus as well..........argh........always something to do that is for sure!  I have to do all my cleaning and stuff between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00 since that is when Tommy is in bed.........I can't wait till he his able to amuse himself a bit more.   He always wants to be held now.........

Off to hit the shower, fold one load of clothes and go to work.   Later!!!!!     Oh yeah, BTW, what did my hubby accomplish yesterday???  NOTHING!!!!  Did watch alot of  shows on Discovery Channel last night while I was cooking ,etc.   He drives me nuts, and constantly says jsut go to bed and I will do that in the morning..........but then he doesn't do whatever it was.   He needs to get a job, he is a total slacker lately as a stay at home Dad.   He spends a lot of time on the computer, watching TV and of course he always compains how hard it is to get his nap in, one of the kids always wake him.............OH WHAH!!!!!!!!!   ok...end of rant.....don't blame me, you asked!

hello............

Yep it is past my bedtime.  I had to get a few things done.   I needed to cut up and prepare some things from the fridge before they spoiled.   But I really can't start doing anything until after 9:00 when Tommy goes to bed for the night.

So tonight I cut up a cantaloupe and cukes for the boys' lunches.  I also pureed some more avocados for Tommy.  I also pureed 1/2 of the cantaloupe for him as well.  We will see what he thinks of that.  I left them a bit more chunkier this time.  I made a strawberry jello pie, but Josh ate all the fresh strawberries for it............argh....  I also made a dip for a recipe called Picnic Green Beans.  You dip the beans, but of course my beans had already gone bad so I will have to buy some more tomorrow to try the dip.

That is about it for my night. I got one load of laundry done and folded.   I folded one load before work this morning as well.  So  I am staying a bit ahead of the laundry hopefully.  

Tomorrow night I hope to clean off the dining room table and finally get my menus done. 

Night..really tired!  Hmmmmm...ask me what my hubby accomplished today/tonight???????
