The children are back to school. Josh actually got up by himself and to the bus stop by 6:59 this morning. Amazing….we will see how long that lasts. I have a feeling with this early of a bus pick up, he will be missing the bus alot.
Tommy also decided to get up at 6:30 this morning. I was feeling lousy last night and felt even worse this morning. I ended up staying home, with a headache and junk. ARGH! I was asleep on the couch until about noon when a neighbor came over. ARGH. Yes, flylady would cringe. I was in my pj’s, unshowered when I HAD to answer the door. OH well.
Tommy is napping now. It is now 1:00 and I am dressed and showered. I am feeling slightly better, but I have taken two midols and two mortins. So I should feel better. Since I am home I hope to accomplish a few things today.
Our surprise weekend was wonderful! I have pictures to post and junk. The boys enjoyed the indoor ice skating rink and the waterpark a lot. Very cool hotel. The water park admission was included with the room, but we had to pay for ice time.

- Make babyfood – plums and peaches
- Complete Frasier paper work for Erik’s assessment
- Put Tommy’s clean cothes away.

Oh I really want to take the kids to an indoor iceskating rink. The nearest one here is quite a ways away though!
There was a skating rink at Ft. Bragg that we took the boys to a few times. Elijah was actually getting pretty good at the whole thing by the time we left. And fortunately I never fell on my butt even once. It just sounds like you guys had so much fun.
I hope that you are feeling better. What a bummer to feel sick right after a weekend getaway!
