I got my flu shot and the line wasn't even very long!!! There were alot of elderly people, it felt weird to be in line. I have to get the shot due to asthma and being high risk. Glad it is done!

Well I am up and at them. Just finishing my breakfast (english muffin and Dt Mt Dew) and then I have to hurry and get ready for work . I am behind this morning. I am was up only once with Tommy last night so that is good. I have to stop at the clinic before work and get my flu shot. I am high risk due to my severe asthma. I hope they will give me the shot since I have a cold right now. I am stil on steroids from my last asthma flair up.
I have started a load of laundry and now off to get ready for work. I will be coming home early to clean up and make food for my bookgroup tonight. I still have a few pages left of the book too! maybe I can finish it while I stand in line for the flu shot!

New recipe to try.........
3-Cheese Potatoes
Enjoy this recipe from Comfort & Joy.
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled, quartered
and boiled
2 t. garlic, minced
4 T. grated Romano cheese, divided
1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack
cheese
1-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 T. green onions, chopped
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1-1/2 t. white pepper
1 t. paprika
Pour butter over potatoes; add garlic, 3 tablespoons Romano cheese and remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle remaining Romano cheese over top; bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8.

Getting ready to go to the open house for Josh's GF, Amy. She is getting confirmed today. Josh is at the church service and will be home after that then we will head to the open house. Tommy still hasn't taken a nap so I doubt he will be taking one.
I put the dining room chair together I took apart yesterday. After this week is done then I will take the last four apart. I have to cover them when someone is here to help pull the fabric. I don't have enough hands to do it all.
Hubby did the dishes and now I will be getting clothes ready to leave soon. I still have a turkey to cut up and make broth. Well later!
